Introduction to the founder
Chen Mang studied in the Department of Mechanics, Zhejiang University, majoring in solid mechanics, and a graduate student of Experimental Mechanics in the Department of Materials, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. After being transferred to the First Ministry of Machinery Research Institute in 1972, he focused on the research and development, application and production of foil strain gauges and high-precision sensors. And in 1994, as a national model worker, he participated in the ceremony in Beijing for the 45th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

Main work experience:
· Undertake the National Sixth Five-Year Plan: 0.5*0.5mm strain gauge and strain chain development project, as the research team leader;
· Undertake the Seventh Five-Year Key Project of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Commission: 15Kg electronic scale research and development project, as the project team leader;
· Participated in the Seventh Five-Year Key Project of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Commission: high-precision sensor development, passed the appraisal in December 1989;
· Undertake the China Pneumatic Center project: the development and application technology research of pneumatic balance foil strain gauge, as the project team leader, won the third prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Commission;
· Undertake the Seventh Five-Year Key Project of the State Planning Commission: Research on the temperature characteristic calibration system and application technology of pneumatic balances, as the research team leader, won the second-class scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Services in July 1992 Award;
Undertook the Eighth Five-Year Plan: the development of high-precision micro-foil strain gauges for military use, as the research team leader, passed the appraisal of relevant departments in October 1992;
· Participated in the development of small residual stress strain gauges with a base length of 1.5mm, and won the third prize of scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Machinery Industry;
· Participate in the development of 300,000, 600,000 generator sets, 550-700°C resistance strain gauges;
